How does Miami Placement work for an assisted living home?
You list your home with its rooms, prices and photos, tell us by text which beds are open, and families and professionals whose needs fit your home find you. Before we send you a family, you sign a short referral agreement online.
1. You register
- Add your rooms, prices, care you give and photos.
- No sign-up fee and no monthly fee. Registering commits you to nothing.
2. We confirm your home
- We check your license against AHCA's records.
- We confirm the person registering speaks for the home. Then your account opens.
3. We text you about beds
- Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, whichever you pick.
- You reply with a number from your phone. No app or login needed for that.
4. Families and professionals find you
- Families, hospital and rehab discharge planners, case managers and guardians search by area, budget, care needs and open beds.
- Before we send you a family, we sign the referral agreement. The fee applies only when a private pay family we introduced moves in, never on Medicaid.
